London, UK – 8 June 2026 – Twisted Works has revealed a new narrative trailer for Cast Outs, its upcoming co-op action game set in a reimagined modern-fantasy London, during IGN Live.
The new trailer gives players a deeper look at the world of Cast Outs, where fantasy beings, ancient magic and modern city life collide with dangerous dimensional rifts. It introduces more of the game’s characters, threats and emotional stakes, while showcasing the team-based action at the heart of the experience.
Alongside the trailer reveal, Twisted Works is inviting players to wishlist Cast Outs, join the official community, and register their interest for future playtests. As development continues, the team is looking to grow a community of players who want to follow development, share feedback, and be among the first to hear about getting hands-on with the game.
In Cast Outs, players team up to fight an ancient threat emerging from long-forgotten dimensional rifts. Set in a world where magic has become real, and folklore lives alongside humanity, the game invites 2–4 players to combine powers, master fluid third-person combat, and create powerful co-op moments across a reimagined London.
The new trailer also marks the continued evolution of the project, highlighting how Cast Outs has grown from earlier prototype work into a more realised co-op action experience. Twisted Works continues to refine the game’s core pillars, including combat feel, co-op play, mission structure, run-based progression and the overall pace of moment-to-moment action.

Cast Outs is currently in development for PC and PlayStation 5, with crossplay planned. Further platform details and a release date will be announced in the future.

Cast Outs is a true co-op PvE action game where players team up as fantasy heroes to battle an ancient threat in a reimagined modern-fantasy London. Twisted Works is a London based independent game development studio founded in June 2024, developing new IP for PC and console games in the online co-op multiplayer market.
